A PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT SEQUENCE

Keep the specification
connected to the sample.

01

Define the bracelet

Start with a reference code or your own drawing. Record the construction, dimensions, target materials, stone direction and finish. Separate required features from details you are still exploring.

Plan custom development
02

Resolve colors & quantities

List the plating and stone combination for every variant. State pieces per variant, or pieces in one set and the number of sets. Include packaging as a separate specification.

Build a color assortment
03

Approve a physical sample

Compare the piece with the written brief: fit, construction, color, surface detail and presentation. Record revisions and the version selected for quotation and production planning.

Understand sampling
04

Confirm the production brief

Align the approved version, quantity split, packaging, agreed checks, order terms and delivery requirement. Reorders should identify the approved reference and any requested changes.

Review quality & fit requirements
PLAN A PRODUCTION OR REORDER CONVERSATION

One approved version.
A clear record of changes.

Give the quotation and production discussion the same reference point. Keep the approved sample, specifications and buying quantities together.
